Why choose the Annual Service Contract? 

• Low voltage light bulbs have an average burn life of 12-15 months.
• Low voltage light bulbs tend to diminish in brightness over the life of the bulb.
• Burned out light bulbs often go unnoticed by homeowners.
• Plant growth and vegetation can affect the visibility of your light fixtures.
• Using the wrong light bulb in your fixture can result in blown fuses.

What is the Annual Service Contract? 

As an Annual Service Contract customer, McKay Landscape Lighting will come to your home once a year and replace all of your light bulbs, check your system and transformer, and adjust your fixtures ensuring that your lights burn brightly for the life of the Annual Service Contract. 

What does the Annual Service Contract cost? 

As an Annual Service Contract customer, you are charged a one-time service call fee, (plus labor over one hour), and the cost of replacing all of your bulbs. 

Your bulbs are then guaranteed for the one year life of the Contract and will be replaced at no additional cost to you.

If you do not elect our Annual Service Contract, you are charged a service call fee plus the cost of replacement bulbs each time we come to your home to repair or replace burned out bulbs and fixtures.
