At McKay Landscape Lighting, our community, clients, partners, and employees are very important to us. We have implemented safeguards, listed below, and we will continue operations as we closely follow the recommendations of the CDC for the health and safety of everyone.
We very feel fortunate our work happens outside of the home. Now more than ever, we may be looking to the outdoors for stress relief or a change of scenery. We will remain at your service to support you, however possible during this unpredictable time, and we want to thank you for being a valued part of our family.
Landscape Lighting Design Consultations, Assessments, and Walkthroughs:
If you feel comfortable meeting in person for a free lighting design consultation or assessment, we can meet for a quick walkthrough outside while practicing social distancing by limiting contact and maintaining distance. We'll keep the meeting as brief as possible.
As an alternative to meeting in person, the consultation or assessment can also take place virtually. We can discuss your design needs over the phone, schedule a video call, or communicate through email. We'll schedule a time for a designer to walk your property and take pictures.
After the consultation or assessment, the designer will develop your custom design, email (or mail) a proposal and photo design to you for your review, and then contact you to discuss the design, our recommendations, and any changes you may have.
Service and Installations:
We are limiting service visits to one technician per property. If more than one technician is required, social distancing will be maintained.
All of our employees are driving separately to the site and maintaining 6 ft distance while working. Masks are worn if social distancing cannot be practiced.
All vehicles are stocked with disinfectant wipes and sanitizer.
Office:
Our lobby is closed to the public during the pandemic. Please feel free to call us at 402-289-3424 to discuss any lighting or service needs.
We want to do everything we can to offer you peace-of-mind during this time of uncertainty. That’s why we will continue to perform Service and Installations, adding another layer of safety and security for you and your home. Our designers, service and install crews, and office staff will continue to communicate with you via phone calls, texts, or emails. Should a face-to-face visit be necessary, social distancing will be practiced at all times.
