There's a NEW project in our gallery. This dream vacation home is tucked away in a secluded lakeside peninsula. The outdoor space includes an infinity edge pool, perimeter overflow spa, stone fire pit, custom fabricated pergola, bait shop with green roof space and so much more.
Three years ago the homeowners purchased this private estate and started renovations. The final renovation phase included a complete overhaul of the outdoor space, refurbishing the pool with new glass tile and decking, including adding a bait shop and outdoor lighting.
The estate sits on a stone cliff that overlooks the lake and has various elevation changes that create a unique environment for each of the different outdoor living spaces. The landscape lighting design adds to the aesthetics of the property while increasing the safety throughout.
A control system was used to create separate light scene selections or zones that allow the homeowner to easily adjust the outdoor lighting depending on what they are doing or the event function with their phone or tablet. For example, the homeowner can turn on all the gas torches throughout the property and turn off other areas not being used or pick and choose the different areas they want on or off.
